GSO Juneteenth: Her Voice, Her Story
Her Voice, Her Story is an inspiring celebration of the trailblazing Black women who have shaped the soundscape of American music. From the pioneering spirit of classical composers like Undine Smith Moore and Florence Price — whose powerful works broke barriers and continue to resonate today — to the unforgettable voices of icons like Ella Fitzgerald and Diana Ross, this concert honors the artistry, resilience, and lasting influence of Black female composers and musicians across generations.
