Cellist Julian Schwarz and pianist Marika Bournaki bring an intimate evening of music to the historic ballroom of Moody Mansion.

The married duo has performed together internationally and won first prize at the Boulder International Chamber Music Competition. Schwarz is a Grammy-nominated cellist, while Juilliard-trained pianist Bournaki was featured in the documentary I Am Not a Rockstar.

Hear them together Friday evening at Moody Mansion. Then on Sunday, Schwarz joins the Galveston Symphony Orchestra as soloist for Saint-Saëns’ Cello Concerto No. 1 at The Grand 1894 Opera House.
